Meet Me - Joe Johnson
I have been working in the financial services industry since 2010. Over the years, I have made it a priority to continue learning and staying informed about changes in the industry and regulations. I believe that ongoing education is essential to providing thoughtful financial guidance.
As a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), I take a holistic approach to financial planning, helping clients address investments, retirement, insurance, and legacy considerations in a way that fits their individual goals. I am committed to putting my clients’ interests first and working alongside them to pursue their financial objectives.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing activities that bring excitement, such as dirt biking, boating, and working on my 1959 Chevy Apache pickup. My wife and kids are always along for the ride.

LPL Financial (Nasdaq: LPLA) was founded on the principle that the firm should work for the advisor, and not the other way around. Today, LPL is a leader in the markets we serve,* supporting nearly 22,000 financial advisors, and approximately 800 institution-based investment programs and 500 independent RIA firms nationwide. We are steadfast in our commitment to the advisor-centered model and the belief that Americans deserve access to personalized guidance from a financial advisor. At LPL, independence means that advisors have the freedom they deserve to choose the business model, services, and technology resources that allow them to run their perfect practice. And they have the freedom to manage their client relationships, because they know their clients best. Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.

How I Work With Clients

Step 1
Initial Meeting
In our first meeting, I take the time to get to know you and understand your financial landscape, goals, and concerns. This discussion lays the foundation for a plan tailored to your needs and priorities.

Step 2
Draft Financial Plan
Based on our initial meeting, I develop a draft financial plan that addresses investments, retirement planning, risk management, and other aspects of your financial journey. You have the opportunity to review the plan and provide feedback, ensuring it reflects your objectives.

Step 3
Final Plan
After incorporating your feedback, we move forward with the full financial planning engagement. I refine details and integrate recommendations, providing you with a comprehensive, actionable plan.
